Requirements for Single Family Residence Building Permit
General Requirements
- Application filled out COMPLETELY front and back – fee must also accompany application.
- Two complete sets of Construction Plans.
- Signed Environmental Health Department Form for Well/Septic or Water/Sewer Hookup Approval.
- Signed Culvert Permit from Township Road Commissioner (Access Permit).
- Three copies of the Site Plan – no larger than 11” x 17”. (See Residential Site Plan Requirements)
- One copy of the Legal Description for New Single Family Construction.
Lot Requirements
Lots with Septic Systems- Application filled out COMPLETELY front and back
- Two complete sets of Construction Plans
- Signed Environment Health Department Form
- Signed Culvert Permit from Township Road Commissioner
- Three copies of the Site Plan One copy of the Legal Description
- Application filled out COMPLETELY front and back
- Two complete sets of Construction Plans
- Two Site/Grading Plans
- Two Water/Sewer Hookup Permits from Wasco Sanitary District
- Signed Culvert Permit from Township Road Commissioner
- Three copies of the Site Plan
- One copy of the Legal Description
- Soil Report Upon Application for the following lots:
(4-7, 9-11, 15-24, 39-42, 91, 92, 101-107, 140-144, 153-167, 169-178, 202, 205, 346-350, 376-380, 434-440, 457-466)
- Application filled out COMPLETELY front and back
- Two complete sets of Construction Plans
- Two Site/Grading Plans
- Signed Culvert Permit from Township Road Commissioner
