Unclaimed funds held by the Treasurer's office If you believe you have unclaimed funds held by the Treasurer's office please contact Treasurer Employee Carlos Mata at (630) 444-1061. You will be required to show proof of identification and sign a sworn statement in order to claim your funds. Also, if the claim is for Circuit Clerk Funds you will need to provide your court case number. Duplicate entries indicate more than one claim.
