Civil Unions

The Kane County Clerk’s office issues Civil Union licenses to couples who are having their civil union certified in Kane County as well as serves as the official record keeper for civil unions. The Kane County Clerk’s department of Vital Records provides certified copies of these documents for eligible individuals upon request.
