RULES

1. You must arrive by 6:30 p.m. The doors of the courthouse are locked at 7:00 p.m. No one is admitted into the building once the doors are locked.
2. You must present a photo I.D.
3. There is zero tolerance for alcohol consumption or use of controlled substances, and you may be breathalyzed.
4. Anyone found to have alcohol in their system will not be admitted and may be subject to further court action.
5. If you are a Kane County defendant and need to reschedule, you must do so in court.
6. If you are an out-of-county defendant and miss the date for which you are scheduled, you will not be rescheduled again in Kane County.
7. No food or drink is allowed.
8. No childcare will be provided.
9. Guests are not permitted to attend.
