TITLE IV-D CHILD SUPPORT UNIT
The Child Support Unit is funded by a Title IV-D Federal Financial Participation Grant awarded by the State of Illinois through the Department of Healthcare and Family Service and administered by the Kane County State's Attorney's Office. The purpose of the grant money is to provide legal services to establish parentage, enforce and collect child support payments, and to modify child support obligations. Additional costs incurred by this Unit beyond the grant monies provided by the State are funded by Kane County. The Unit is located in the Kane County Judicial Center. Telephone 630-232-5833. Fax Telephone Number 630-232-6508. The Office is open from 8:30 am. to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday, closed on weekends and Court Holidays.
