DRUG PROSECUTION UNIT

The unit is funded by the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 Programs Federal Grant awarded by the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority and the County of Kane on behalf of the State's Attorneys Office for implementation of the Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Prosecution Program. The purpose of this grant is to provide communities and neighborhoods with programs that assist in preventing and controling drug crime. The unit works with local law enforcement and a county-wide Task Force to prosecute drug dealers, traffickers, and users. Telephone 630-232-3500. Fax Telephone Number 630-232-6508.
