2011 Assessment Appeal Deadlines

By state law, all assessment complaints must be filed “on or before 30 calendar days after the date of publication of the assessment list” (35 ILCS 200/16-55). As this date has passed for all townships, the Kane County Board of Review is not permitted to accept assessment complaints for the 2011 (payable 2012) assessment year.
